The Women Faculty Mentoring Program (WFMP) matches tenure-track women with senior colleagues who share similar interests but remain at arm’s length from the promotion and tenure process. Women appointed with tenure may participate in a year-long match to build connections at UW-Madison. WFMP events are open to all.

Rena Seltzer is the founder of the coaching and training business Leader Academic and author of The Coach’s Guide for Women Professors. Her workshops combine interactive activities and practical tools that participants remember and continue to employ long after the workshops are over. Rena is a popular presenter for numerous groups including Yale University’s faculty development program, Yale School of Medicine, Women in Science and Engineering at the University of Michigan, The University of Wisconsin, and Cornell University.
