Join the Campus Supervisor’s Network (CSN) for an interactive discussion with a panel of your peers to learn about, and better understand the Leadership @ UW Framework.
The framework is founded on guiding principles of leadership. It focuses on institutional values and leadership competencies, which when enacted, can lead to an infinite number of positive outcomes.
The panel of distinguished managers and supervisors from across campus will share how they have integrated and use the Leadership Framework. Learn from their stories, successes, and challenges.
