This session is designed for all Graduate Coordinators (across all schools and colleges) with responsibility for editing graduate-level content in the Guide (formerly Graduate Catalog) and new staff in the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences (CALS), the College of Engineering, and the College of Letters & Science with responsibility for editing undergraduate-level content in the Guide (formerly the Undergraduate Catalog).The trainer will demonstrate how tomake edits and provide an overview of the software’s functions used by content editors. This is a hands-on session, and participants are encouraged to follow along with the trainer, using the software as part of the learning process. Attendees are encouraged to bring actual work that they need to complete in order to maximize their understanding of the software used to update the Guide content.
