The HR Communities of Practice (CoP) and Learning and Talent Development (LTD) Teams in the Office of Human Resources (OHR) are excited to announce the second annual HR@UW-Madison Conference on Monday, December 4th at Union South from 8:15 AM - 4:00 PM.
Intended for HR & Payroll Professionals primarily (but not exclusively) at UW-Madison, the conference will provide a unique opportunity for all of us in the HR community, including those whose roles more tangentially touch HR, to gain expertise, share knowledge, and build our networks.
The conference will highlight informational and interactive sessions on:
- HR Knowledge Sessions such as policy, rule-making, recruitment, workforce relations, and retirement planning
- HR Competency-Related Sessions such as inclusive customer service, change management, conflict resolution, rethinking disability, negotiation skills, plain language, and productivity tools
- Leadership and wellness topics
Come back together with your HR & Payroll Colleagues across campus at the second annual HR@UW Conference on December 4th at Union South!
The small cost ($25) pays for your meal and breakout snack; the conference is otherwise free to you.
