This session introduces participants to a framework for understanding the elements of workplace diversity and inclusion. In this interactive session, participants will explore the personal and social aspects of identity and their relationship to workplace collaboration as well as the impacts of unconscious biases in order to become better prepared to contribute to a healthy, inclusive and engaging work environment.
CLS is available for this event. All requests must be submitted to Laurie Teeter within 2 weeks prior to the course date.
