The UW-Madison MLK Day Celebration honors the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. as well as the many ways UW-Madison students, faculty and staff embody Dr. King’s spirit of service and justice.
The 2018 celebration will feature direct volunteer service opportunities, concurrent justice dialogue sessions, a MLK art project by Wheelhouse Studios, and a free dinner accompanied by a student keynote panel. When registering, please choose one direct service volunteer opportunity OR one social justice dialogue AND also register for the dinner and keynote. This will ensure you are able to fully participate in the day.
Please be sure to support The Open Seat Food Pantry food drive by bringing a non-parishable, hygienic, or monetary donation.
