Campus Supervisors Network presents a mini session on autism: Management issues can be a challenge for both parties when an employee is on the autism spectrum. Scott Allen, a professional and advocate on the autism spectrum, will offer perspectives and experiences with an eye toward benefiting both employees on the spectrum and those who manage or supervise them.
Speaker Bio: Scott Allen, a self-advocate with a diagnosis of Asperger’s Syndrome, has been doing public speaking about the autism spectrum since 2002. He has a Master’s degree in counseling and is currently affiliated with the Waisman Center in Madison, WI.
