This session will introduce the audience to the Shared Financial System (SFS) version 9.2 (scheduled to go live on October 10th). The session will also cover changes in journal entry workflow and approval, journal entry processing time and a new process for requesting department changes. We will be going over the following topics:
• General Navigation
• Journal Entry Workflow and Approval
• Chartfield requests
• Work Centers
This training is recommended for Department/Division financial staff who participate in the following activities:
• Department Changes
• JET
• Project Lite
• SFS query
• SFS direct Entry
