FP2L - Understanding and Influencing Team Dynamics for Peak Performance (Classroom Session) (back)

Description:
Team Development (classroom, 3 instructional hours )

This module helps participants understand the process of team development and the importance of leadership in developing successful teams. At the end of the module, participants will:

a. Understand the various stages of team development and the role of the leader at each stage

b. Know how to develop and communicate a shared mission, vision, values, and goals for the team

c. Be able to identify team roles and take responsibility for staffing those roles

d. Know strategies for creating team climate and building team cohesion
