Competency: Moving Ideas into Actions

When faced with change, the unknown, or a potentially negative situation, we often have the tendency to blame others for our situation. • Highlight the basic principles of being an effective team member
• Recognize and eliminate the “victim mentality”
• Define resiliency and discover ways to increase your personal resilience
