Description:
Competency: Moving Ideas into Actions

When faced with change, the unknown, or a potentially negative situation, we often have the tendency to blame others for our situation. This module summarizes the key concepts of transition management and helps participants take personal accountability for their own emotions and actions. As a result of this module, you will:

• Highlight the basic principles of being an effective team member
• Recognize and eliminate the “victim mentality”
• Define resiliency and discover ways to increase your personal resilience
• Help others become more resilient during times of change and transition
