SEARCHING FOR EXCELLENCE & DIVERSITY: Faculty Search Workshop -- Session 2B (back)

Description:
WISELI’s workshop series for chairs and members of faculty search committees consists of two sessions. Both sessions rely on active learning principles and encourage small groups of search committee members to learn from each other’s experiences.

Session 2: After discussing participants' efforts to recruit and evaluate excellent and diverse applicants, we will focus attention on developing and implementing effective interview processes and successfully hiring selected candidates.
