To be a Peer Partner, is an important role in welcoming and supporting a new Housing employee with the transition to a new job. By attending events together, having conversations, and helping the employee make connections, you will enhance the first few days and months as the employee adjusts to a new position. This training is a guide to keep on track with your peer partner responsibilities.
