Writing Résumés and Cover Letters (back)

Description:

Part 1 - Come to this workshop to learn how your résumé and cover letter can help you show employers your best self. We’ll review résumé content and design, discuss the best ways to align your qualifications with the position description, and learn how to build an effective argument in your cover letter by persuading decision-makers that you are the best person for the job.

Part 2 - Part 2 of the Resumes & Cover Letters workshop builds upon, and provides an opportunity to put into practice, the principles and strategies reviewed in Part 1 by sharing drafts and providing feedback to peers. Since Part 2 is an interactive peer feedback session focusing on revising your own writing, please be ready to share a draft of your resume and/or cover letter. Registration is capped at 20 participants.
