Hosted by Fully Prepared to Lead, this summit is a cohort model grounded in the Leadership@UW Framework. The goal of the program is to help employees embrace their leadership potential by growing self-awareness, strengthening interpersonal communication, developing an ability to support the learning of others, honor context and culture, make sound decisions, foster bridge-building and collaboration, and move ideas into action. A final project will be sharing what you’ve learned with your team/department. You are asked to commit to the full 16 hours of professional development in order to create a cohort community of learners.
Courses covered will include: • Personal Brand and Leadership Awareness • Active Listening to Support Effective Communication • Your Interpersonal Style • Understanding Your Experiences and Identities • Understanding and Influencing Team Dynamics • Building Trusting Work Relationships • Giving and Receiving Constructive Feedback
