Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Skills and Strategies Cohort   (back)

Description:
The practice of emotional intelligence (EQ) is valuable now, more than ever. Recognizing our own and others’ feelings serves as a powerful tool in connecting with people – building trust – leveraging diversity - and fostering inclusion.
You are invited to be a part of a learning community focused on building EQ skills and strategies aimed at creating consistent, courageous connections. Explore and learn with others in this virtual space, to further practice and create valuable connections in your workspaces.
Over six weeks – meeting each week for 90 minute sessions – we will gather to build upon the following elements of emotional intelligence:
• Increase emotional awareness
• Improve workplace relationships
• Lead with empathy
• Broaden perspective
• Respond to diverse needs

Your participation and engagement in all six workshops is vital to your learning and the learning of all participants.
