Searching for Excellence and Diversity®: A Workshop for Faculty Search Committees -- Campus-wide (back)

Description:
This evidence-based workshop aims to help faculty search committees run effective and efficient searches, recruit excellent and diverse applicants, conduct fair and thorough reviews of candidates, develop and implement effective interview processes, and successfully hire new faculty for available positions.

A decision about whether to hold this workshop virtually or in-person will be made closer to the workshop date.
