This online course introduces and provides instruction on the use of the Talent Recruitment and Engagement Management System (TREMS), the applicant tracking system for UW-Madison.
Upon completion of this course, participants will understand how to navigate and use TREMS to create and post jobs, manage applicants, and track the selection and offer process.
Division human resource (HR) office approval is required for participation.
This course may be repeated, as needed.
Successful completion of the required modules in this course and Division HR office approval is required to receive access to TREMS.
Pre-Requisites include the familiarity and/or completion of the following: • Understanding of UW-Madison human resource practices in your division • Recruitment, Assessment, and Selection Policy and Procedure • Introduction to UW-Madison HRS Related Technologies course • JEMS Hire training
