This workshop for beginners will introduce participants to text analysis for the digital humanities and the tools Digital Scholar Lab (Gale) and Voyant. It will explore getting access to datasets and copyright issues in text mining, and provide attendees with the opportunity to get familiar with these tools and key concepts. The workshop will be part lecture/demonstration and part hands-on. Registrants will be emailed the link to the session a few days before the workshop.
