This session is intended to give employees practical guidance on how to prepare for performance conversations around expectations, goals, and growth opportunities. Participants will consider ways to plan, prepare, and engage in valuable performance conversations and identify resources such as TTC Positions Descriptions to reflect on expectations and development opportunities around WHAT is expected, and the FP&M Criteria for Success to consider expectations and development opportunities about HOW we work together at FP&M.
