Performance Management & Development Planning (PMDP) provides managers and employees the structure to have frequent, meaningful conversations about expectations, goals and growth opportunities. This session gives Supervisors practical tips to set you and your employees up for success. We will talk about how to introduce the process, use TTC Position Descriptions to clarify expectations and development opportunities around WHAT is expected, and use the FP&M Criteria for success to set expectations and development opportunities about HOW we work together.
