The KB User Group Meeting (KB UGM) is our annual gathering of KB admins and partners. Throughout the week, we'll discuss a broad range of topics in the hopes that we can share our experiences, knowledge, and learn from each other.
Past year's topics have included best practices for writing and formatting content, making KB documents accessible, improvement projects taken on my other KB admins, and a look at the KB's roadmap and upcoming features (among many others!).
July 29-August 2 (Mon-Fri), 9am-4pm. Sessions will take place at varying times throughout the day, with the session schedule being provided in the coming weeks.
