At this virtual panel event, four members of the campus community will share their insights and experiences with mentoring relationships. Please bring your mentoring-related questions and thoughts to the event for a dynamic dialogue! These are the panel members: Panelists: Tom Browne, an Assistant Dean in the Office of Academic Affairs in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS). He supervises the Recruitment, Retention, and Inclusion unit and has had dozens of formal and informal mentoring relationships.
Sebastian Kelnhofer-Maldonado, an Outreach and Sourcing Specialist with the Office of Human Resources (OHR). He has been a key contributor to the Job Rotation Program’s mentoring program and is regularly involved in mentoring relationships.
Christina Stefonek, a Training and Organizational Development Specialist in the Office of Human Resources (OHR). She has developed an eLearning on Mentoring and a website cataloging mentoring resources on the UW-Madison campus.
Jeffery C. Guarneri,a Training and Research Mentoring Program Manager Specialist in the Center for Teaching, Learning, & Mentoring. Jeff leads the Research Mentor Training program, which providers mentors the tools they need to be a key figure in mentee’s careers.
