The IT Support Symposium is an annual event for UW-Madison IT support professionals to create connections and build community, and brainstorm solutions to collective challenges.
Our mission is to connect IT support professionals to share best practices, creatively troubleshoot solutions, and build community. We aim to bridge silos and increase interdepartmental collaboration and communication.
This event is designed for UW employees who want to:
- Meet other IT support professionals using the same tools and facing similar challenges
- Share what works (and what doesn’t)
- Build relationships that make their work easier
- Engage in real conversations with people who understand what they do
