Using active learning strategies can improve student achievement and foster more equitable student learning outcomes. In this gathering, representatives from the Center for Teaching, Learning & Mentoring will help us explore the evidence for active learning and tips to employ active learning strategies in your own teaching. Engage your students, foster a sense of belonging, and enhance your own satisfaction through active learning!
This gathering will be most relevant for tenured and tenure-track professors, teaching professors, and teaching faculty.
