Performance Management & Development Planning (PMDP) provides managers and employees the structure to have frequent, meaningful conversations about expectations, goals and growth opportunities. This session gives Supervisors practical tips to set you and your employees up for success. We will cover:
• the annual and probationary schedule of conversations,
• ways to introduce the process to your staff to ensure they feel prepared,
• how to use TTC Position Descriptions to clarify expectations and development opportunities around WHAT is expected,
• how to use the FP&M Criteria for success to set expectations and development opportunities about HOW we work together,
• how to access the online system and help documents.
