z Effective Communication in a Multilingual Workplace: Strategies for Success (back)

An interactive workshop to discuss and practice effective communication strategies for English speakers working with those who speak different first languages. Participants will receive a “toolbox” of tips for communication and a list of resources.

Learning Objectives: Participants will understand and be able to use a variety of communication strategies when working and interacting with others in a multicultural environment.
