Each participant creates a portfolio of results that she or he can then use as a basis for continued learning the workplace improvement (with supervisor, Chair, Dean, etc. as appropriate). Harry Webne-Behrman, as FP2E Coordinator, certifies completion of each level certificate
Program assessment will need to be understood in terms of the competencies being cultivated and an overall collection of data regarding how they are being demonstrated and applied within the work and community contexts. This will require an approach that allows us to capture emergent benefits. We hope to involove graduate students as Interns to assist with this process.
Q: How does the FP2E Certificate Program dovetail with other Learning and Talent Development learning events?
A: FP2E participants will be able to access management and leadership classes, conferences, and other learning resources offered by the department in order to fulfill Level 3 requirements and acquire other needed skils. In addition, other ongoing Communities of Practice, both within Learning and Talent Development and outside of our program offer rich learning opportunities that greatly enhance each participant's acquisition of FP2E competencies.
